Risk Matrix visually shows the project risks on a probability-impact matrix, based on the PMBOK risk management methodology it displays the list of risks by probability of occurrence versus degree of severity
Risk Matrix is a SharePoint web part integrated with Project Server 2007/2010.
The kit also contains the Risk Analyzerthat enables viewing the trend of the projects' risks. It provides an enhanced view of project health in order to “catch” any any deficiencies on time.
